Air elevating engine

  空氣提(tí)升器廣(guǎng)泛适用(yong)于建材(cai)、水泥、鋁(lü)業、銅業(ye)、礦山、輕(qīng)工等行(háng)業中，凡(fan)能充氣(qì)流不發(fā)生離析(xi)現象的(de)粉狀物(wu)料均可(kě)經過垂(chui)直管💰道(dao)輸送到(dào)30~100m高度位(wèi)置的料(liào)氣分離(lí)倉或料(liao)庫内，适(shi)用于1~15t/h的(de)❄️系統中(zhōng)。

  The engine is widely used in building material, cement, aluminum, copper, mining and light industries etc. Powder material can be transferred into the storage or material-air separator through the vertical pipe, when inflate and eduction phenomenon wouldn’t happen. The high of storage is from 30 meter to 100 meter. It is suitable for 1~15t/h system.

  該産(chǎn)品整體(tǐ)為鋼制(zhì)焊接，全(quán)部采用(yòng)優質鋼(gang)闆焊接(jie)而成，結(jié)構緊湊(còu)，性能科(kē)學合理(lǐ)，使用壽(shòu)命長，安(ān)裝方便(bian)，能很好(hǎo)的滿足(zú)工況。空(kong)氣提升(shēng)器改進(jìn)了傳統(tong)的進氣(qì)方式，采(cǎi)用一個(gè)氣源分(fèn)二路進(jin)氣的方(fang)式。一路(lù)由控制(zhì)蝶閥進(jin)入氣室(shì)，進入氣(qì)室的高(gao)壓氣體(ti)通過🐪沸(fei)騰闆使(shi)上面的(de)物料活(huó)躍跳動(dòng)發生位(wei)移。另一(yī)路由吹(chuī)管向上(shàng)直吹，經(jīng)過特定(dìng)科學設(shè)計的噴(pen)口形成(chéng)強勁有(yǒu)力的高(gāo)壓氣流(liú)把物料(liao)帶着向(xiàng)上位移(yi)，使物料(liao)到達一(yī)定高度(du)後，經氣(qì)料分離(li)器沉積(jī)，氣體向(xiang)上排出(chū)。

  This series product is welded in fine steel, having the features of compact structure, logical and scientific performance, long life, convenient installation and can meet the working condition very well. The traditional air-entry type has been improved. Now the type is that one air headstream is divided into two-way air entry. The one enters the gas-room through control butterfly valve. The high-pressure gas moves the material on the boil plate. The other gas is blown through the pipe. The gas is translated to high-temperature through especially scientific designed nozzle to move the material upward. The material is sediment through material-gas separator after it reaches a certain height and gas is let out upwards.
