  The valve is widely used in building material, mining, power, glass, light industries etc. It is applied in hot windpipe system of smoke, waste gas management and in boiler, stove, and blast furnace of recycles heat. It is the ideal equipment to save energy and switch high temperature gas.

  旋轉高溫(wēn)三通閥采(cai)用超強度(dù)熱強鋼、不(bu)鏽鋼和優(you)🏒質碳素鋼(gang)焊接。耐溫(wēn)700℃，為雙層結(jié)構，夾層襯(chèn)有阻燃、耐(nài)溫保熱材(cái)✉️料，内有耐(nai)🐆熱鋼作耐(nài)熱層，耐溫(wen)1000℃，内襯耐火(huo)材料和隔(gé)熱層。該閥(fá)磨✔️擦小、耐(nai)磨性高👨‍❤️‍👨，且(qie)高溫不變(bian)形、不脫碳(tàn)。

  The valve is welded in high strength heat-resistant steel, stainless steel and fine carbon steel. The structure is dual-layer, which can endure 700℃. The material lined in interlayer has the features of anti-burning, endurable temperature and saving energy. The ovenproof layer is refractory steel that can endure 1000℃. The lining is fire lining and heat insulation layer. The valve is little in attrition, endurable and distortion and decarbonization wouldn’t happen in the condition of high temperature.

Working principle:

  旋轉高溫(wen)三通閥由(yóu)閥體、旋轉(zhuǎn)翻闆、密封(feng)副、軸和傳(chuán)👌動✌️裝置🔞等(děng)部🔞件構成(chéng)。由傳動裝(zhuāng)置帶動軸(zhóu)和搖臂使(shǐ)旋轉翻闆(pan)根據🌈工況(kuàng)需要👅轉換(huan)氣流方向(xiàng)，達到封閉(bi)通道的㊙️密(mì)封狀态。開(kai)啟通道則(ze)通暢無阻(zǔ)。反之，則轉(zhuan)換氣流方(fāng)向。

  XSTS 手動配(pèi)用蝸輪傳(chuán)動裝置。用(yòng)鍊輪遠距(ju)離操作，經(jīng)蝸輪副帶(dài)動軸作旋(xuan)轉，達到介(jie)質換向的(de)目的。

  XSTQ 氣動(dòng)裝置配用(yong)氣動裝置(zhì)和蝸輪傳(chuán)動裝置。手(shǒu)動由鍊輪(lún)傳動蝸輪(lun)副，帶動閥(fa)軸作旋轉(zhuan)，氣動由氣(qì)動推杆推(tuī)動搖🌈杆帶(dai)動閥軸作(zuò)旋轉，達到(dao)介質換向(xiàng)的目的。手(shǒu)動、氣動可(kě)🏃‍♂️無幹擾🆚切(qiē)換。

  The valve is made up of body, turning disc, seal, axle and transmission device etc. In order to reach the seal state of seal channel, transmission device drives the axle and rocker to exchange the flow direction of gas referring to the working condition. Open the channel the medium will flow without resistance. Otherwise it will exchange the flow direction of gas.

  XSTS is equipped with the worm wheel transmission device. It is operated by chain wheel from long range. Worm wheel drives the axle to make the chain wheel rotate in order to exchange direction of medium.

  XSTQ is equipped with the pneumatic and worm wheel device. The chain wheel drives the worm wheel to rotate the valve axle, which is manual. Draw stem push the rocker to make the axle rotate in order to exchange direction of medium, which is pneumatic. Manual and pneumatic can be exchanged without disturbance.

使(shi)用說明

Operation instruction

l 連(lián)接方式：進(jin)氣口為法(fǎ)蘭式連接(jie)，兩個出氣(qi)口為對焊(han)式⭐連🏃‍♀️接。

l 安(ān)裝時請注(zhù)意進氣方(fāng)向（閥體上(shàng)已标明）， 操(cao)作時請注(zhu)意🔞翻闆換(huan)🐕向的方向(xiàng)。

l 設備在運(yùn)行時，應定(ding)期給傳動(dòng)部分加潤(rùn)滑油和檢(jiǎn)查傳動部(bu)分運行情(qing)況。

l 若長期(qī)存放，應使(shǐ)翻闆處于(yu)下通道關(guān)閉狀态，給(gei)傳✌️動部分(fèn)🈲加潤滑油(yóu)，不要露天(tiān)堆置。

l The connection of inlet is flange connection. Two vent holes are dual-welded connection.

l Pay attention to the inlet direction, which is marked on body when install the valve and the exchange direction of turning disc when operate.

l Add lubricant to the transmission part and check its operation condition termly.

l The down-channel should be closed when the valve is long stored. Add lubricant to transmission part and the valve can’t be piled up in the open air. 

運輸(shu)及保管：

Transportation and protection

l 運(yun)輸時應避(bì)免撞擊閥(fá)門，閥門應(ying)處于全閉(bi)位置以防(fáng)在😄運輸中(zhong)損壞翻闆(pǎn)。

l 運輸時傳(chuan)動裝置應(ying)懸空，防止(zhǐ)傳動軸受(shòu)力過大而(er)變形損✍️壞(huai)。

l 傳動裝置(zhi)及傳動部(bu)位應作防(fáng)潮、防雨處(chu)理。

l 該閥應(yīng)存放在幹(gàn)燥的室内(nei)，不允許露(lù)天存放或(huo)堆置。長期(qi)存放時應(ying)使閥門處(chu)于關閉狀(zhuàng)态，各傳動(dong)部位加潤(rùn)滑油，傳動(dòng)裝置作🌈防(fang)潮、防塵處(chù)理。

l Avoid bumping of the valve when transported. The valve should be in close position to prevent from damaging of turning disc.

l The transmission parts should be hung up to avoid the damage of transmission axle.

l Treatment of dampproof and rainproof should be done to transmission device and part.

l The valve should be stored in dry room. It should be in full close state when long stored. Add lubrication to the transmission part and the device should be dampproof and dustproof.
