  The valve has the features of lightweight, compact structure, endurance, little in the lost of flow resistance, high working pressure, flexible operation, definite direction, easy to maintenance and long life. It can be installed at any angle. It is suitable in the condition of adjusting, cutting off and self-protecting quickly. The valve is used with DKJ, ZKJ, Bernard electric actuator and other accessory to form a complete set to realize manual and automatic exchange without interference, micro-computer long-range control, automatic control or center concentrating control. It is the ideal equipment of realizing operation of automatic control and adjusting flow.

Working principle

采用(yong)雙偏心(xin)密封結(jie)構，關閉(bi)時越關(guan)越緊，開(kai)啟後确(què)保密封(fēng)面與密(mi)封圈完(wan)全脫離(lí)接觸，保(bǎo)護密封(feng)圈不🏃‍♂️受(shòu)損傷，延(yán)長使用(yong)壽命。密(mì)封面、密(mì)封圈選(xuǎn)用不鏽(xiù)鋼制作(zuò)，其💘耐鏽(xiu)蝕、耐高(gāo)溫🌈性保(bao)證了密(mi)封性能(neng)的可靠(kao)。采用半(bàn)軸結構(gòu)，蝶闆為(wei)桁架式(shi)結構，其(qi)強度高(gāo)、過流面(miàn)積大、流(liú)阻小、節(jie)省能源(yuan)。本閥具(jù)有介質(zhì)雙向截(jie)止密封(fēng)功能，其(qi)滲⚽漏量(liàng)為零。

自動(dong)高性能(neng)密閉蝶(die)閥；由電(dian)動執行(háng)器接受(shou)變送、調(diào)節DCS、PLC等上(shang)位儀表(biao)的控制(zhi)信号或(huò)操作器(qì)手控信(xìn)号，輸出(chū)角位移(yí)帶動傳(chuan)動軸，把(bǎ)動力傳(chuán)給閥軸(zhóu)帶動蝶(die)闆作同(tong)步旋轉(zhuǎn)運動，達(da)到全開(kāi)、全㊙️閉及(ji)任意調(diào)節的目(mù)的。電動(dòng)執👉行器(qì)與蝶闆(pan)的開度(du)同步反(fan)饋0～10mA或 4～20mA直(zhí)流電🌈信(xin)号，用戶(hu)可根據(ju)電流信(xin)号來控(kòng)制蝶🐇闆(pǎn)的任意(yi)開度，達(dá)到調節(jiē)⭐的目的(de)。

The valve adopts double eccentric sealed structure. The more it is close, the more it is tight. The sealing surface will separate from sealing ring, which prevent the sealing ring from damaging. The material of sealing surface and ring is stainless steel whose resistance of abrasion and high temperature ensure the reliability of sealing performance. It adopts half shaft structure and the butterfly disc is trussed structure, having the features of great strength, big flow area, little lost of flow resistance and saving energy. The valve has the function of stopping and sealing medium in double directions and without leakage.

Manual high performance sealed butterfly valve: rotate hand wheel to drive the valve axle and butterfly disc rotate in the range of 90°to cut off, connect or adjust the flow. The open or close position of the valve gate is limited by the limit device. The indicating device displays the position of butterfly disc.

Automatic high performance sealed butterfly valve: control signal or manual signal of DCS or PLC meter is accepted, adjusted and transmitted by electric actuator. Then the actuator outputs the angle moving to drive the transmission shaft. It drives the axle and disc rotating synchronously in order to adjust freely, full open and close. The open angle between actuator and disc’s sync feedback DC signal is 0～10mA or 4～20mA. User can control the random open angle of disc according as the current signal.

Installation and regulation

l  安(ān)裝前必(bì)須清潔(jié)閥體内(nei)腔，不允(yun)許有任(rèn)何雜物(wù)和污⭕垢(gòu)附着（特(tè)别注意(yì)密封面(miàn)、密封圈(quan)的清潔(jié)）。

l  安裝前(qian)檢查閥(fá)門各部(bù)位是否(fǒu)有松動(dong)現象，對(duì)閥門進(jin)行開啟(qǐ)、關閉一(yi)個周期(qi)是否有(you)異常現(xiàn)象，同時(shi)檢查閥(fá)門的啟(qǐ)閉位置(zhi)是否準(zhǔn)确。

l  水平(ping)安裝或(huo)垂直安(ān)裝的閥(fa)門閥軸(zhóu)應處于(yu)水平位(wei)置，傳動(dòng)裝置不(bú)允許作(zuo)起吊用(yong)，并嚴禁(jìn)損傷。

l  本(běn)閥具有(you)一定的(de)雙向密(mì)封性能(neng)，若隻需(xū)控制單(dan)方向流(liu)☔動的介(jiè)質時，其(qi)安裝方(fang)向應參(can)照閥體(ti)上箭頭(tou)所示，該(gāi)箭頭所(suo)🏃‍♀️指為介(jie)質流向(xiàng)。

l  安裝如(ru)示意圖(tu)，加密封(feng)墊後均(jun)勻鎖緊(jin)聯接螺(luó)栓。

l  調整(zhěng)完成後(hòu)必須進(jin)行綜合(he)性能檢(jian)查：接通(tong)電源開(kāi)啟閥門(men)，當閥門(mén)至“全開(kai)”“全閉”位(wèi)置時，行(hang)程控制(zhì)機構應(ying)準确地(di)🐪切斷電(dian)源，而轉(zhuan)矩限位(wei)機構處(chu)于臨界(jiè)動作狀(zhuàng)态。開度(du)指示機(jī)構應準(zhun)确☔地顯(xiǎn)示閥門(mén)的開啟(qi)狀态。

l  電(diàn)動切換(huàn)手動操(cao)作時，應(yīng)切斷電(diàn)源，不得(dé)在手輪(lun)上再增(zēng)🌈加輔助(zhù)杠杆，手(shou)輪順時(shi)針旋轉(zhuǎn)為關，反(fǎn)之為開(kai)，閥闆開(kai)啟角度(du)♻️為0°~90°。

l   The body must be cleaned before installed and there is no dirt and sundries clinging to the body, especially the sealing surface and ring.

l   Check the valve gate before install. Open and close the valve by hand for a period and check the open-close position of the valve gate.

l   The valve axle must be on the horizontal position when installed in horizontal or vertical. The transmission device cannot be hoisted and avoid damage when installed.

l   The valve has the feature of double-sealing performance. The installation direction should refer to the arrow on the valve body, which indicates the medium flow direction, when control the flow of medium in single direction. 

l   Installation of flange connecting valve is on diagram. Lock down the connecting bolt after add sealing washer.

l   Synthetic performance of the valve must be done after adjust is over: turn on the power and open the valve, the stroke control device should cut down the power exactly when the valve is in the state of full open or full close. While the torque limit device is in critical state. The open angle indicating device should display the open state of the valve gate exactly.

l   The power must be shut down when operating by manual. Assistant pole can’t be added to hand wheel. Clockwise rotation of hand wheel means open and anticlockwise means close. Open angle is 0~90°.

運輸(shu)及保管(guan)：

Transportation and protection

l  運輸時(shí)應避免(mian)撞擊蝶(die)閥及傳(chuán)動裝置(zhì)，閥門應(ying)處于全(quan)閉位置(zhì)，以防在(zai)運輸中(zhong)密封面(mian)和傳動(dong)部件損(sun)壞。

l  當閥(fa)門水平(píng)放置運(yun)輸時，傳(chuan)動裝置(zhi)及傳動(dòng)部位應(ying)懸空，以(yi)防止傳(chuan)動軸受(shou)力過大(da)而變形(xíng)損壞。

l  該(gai)閥應存(cun)放在幹(gàn)燥的室(shì)内，不允(yǔn)許露天(tian)存放或(huo)堆置。長(zhang)期存🈚放(fang)時應使(shǐ)閥門處(chù)于關閉(bi)狀态，各(ge)傳動部(bù)✨位加潤(run)滑油，傳(chuan)動裝置(zhì)作防潮(chao)、防塵處(chu)理。

l   Avoid bumping of valve and transmission device. The valve is in full close in order to avoid damage of sealing surface and driving part.

l   Transmission device and part should be hung up when the valve is in horizontal in order to prevent damage of driving axle.

l   The valve should be stored in dry room. It should be in full close state when long stored. Add lubrication to the transmission part and the device should be dampproof and dustproof.

維護(hù)及檢修(xiū)：

Maintenance and examination

l  定期檢(jiǎn)查傳動(dòng)裝置的(de)運行情(qíng)況：電機(jī)部分、控(kong)制開關(guan)♊是📐否異(yì)📞常。

l  定期(qi)給閥的(de)傳動部(bu)位加潤(rùn)滑油。

l  定(dìng)期檢查(chá)閥的密(mi)封填料(liào)處，補充(chong)、更換填(tián)料以防(fáng)介質外(wai)洩。

l  對閥(fá)門周期(qi)性維護(hu)時應全(quan)面檢查(chá)閥的各(gè)密封部(bù)位、傳動(dong)部位，對(duì)各密封(feng)部位應(ying)進行檢(jian)測，對檢(jian)測數據(ju)應記錄(lu)在案。

l   Check the working condition of electric parts, control switch and sealing of pneumatic device regularly.

l   Add lubricant to the transmission parts regularly.

l   Check the sealing filler of the valve regularly. Complement or change filler avoiding leakage of medium.

l   Check the sealing parts and transmission parts thoroughly. Detect the sealing parts and the detecting data should be registered.
