  The material adjustor is widely used in building material, mining, metallurgy, oil chemical and electric power industries etc. it adjusts, absorbs and slows the impact and powder rising, which is aroused by the material falling from high altitude. It is used in the system of material processing, transporting and filtering. The material slide to the receiver device equably, calmly and regularly. The type of the adjustor is various and the applicability is wide. There is no need to setup other material cushion device and guiding device when the adjustor is installed in working system.

  The adjustor is the newest and most advanced product which is designed on the base of all kinds of material discharging and adjusting equipment. The structure makes use of lever principle. The transmission type is particular and the figure is close. It has features of compact structure, flexible open and close, endurance, reliable operation and long life etc. The flying powder dust of falling material can be closed in the body. The pumping among dust grain can reduce the moving until dust is immobile. Dust can not overflow to pollute environment so we can have a good operating circumstance.

  調節器密(mi)封腔體容(rong)器内，設有(yǒu)可自動開(kai)啟、關閉，轉(zhuan)動靈活🐪可(kě)靠并具有(yǒu)抗沖擊、抗(kang)振動、耐磨(mo)損能力的(de)🏃‍♀️擋闆🏃🏻。擋闆(pan)的運行由(yóu)帶有一配(pei)重塊的連(lian)杆來實現(xiàn)，連杆及配(pei)重塊均封(fēng)閉于兩側(cè)箱體内。當(dang)調節器存(cun)有一定量(liang)的物料時(shi)⁉️，擋闆便自(zi)🏃🏻‍♂️動打開，物(wu)料順着擋(dang)闆開口自(zi)然、均勻、平(ping)穩地⛹🏻‍♀️溜下(xià)，粉塵仍然(rán)封存于調(diao)節器内不(bu)能♻️溢👣出。調(diao)節器的減(jian)振裝置消(xiāo)除了🔞擋闆(pǎn)及配重塊(kuài)在開啟、關(guan)閉過程中(zhong)的振力。

  The baffle is set in the sealing body of adjustor, which can open or close automatically, running freely. The baffle also can resist impact and quiver and the ability of anti-abrasion is great. The baffle is controlled by the connecting pole with a heavy block. The connecting pole and heavy block are closed in the body on two sides. The baffle can open automatically when there is some material in the adjustor. The material slip along the baffle smoothly and powder dust is remained in the body. The shock absorber can clear the shock force which is produced when the baffle and heavy block open and close.

Usage explanation

l  安(ān)裝前必須(xu)清潔閥門(men)内腔，不允(yun)許有任何(hé)雜物和污(wu)垢❗附着。

l  安(ān)裝前先檢(jian)查閥門各(gè)傳動部分(fen)是否完好(hao)，試運行無(wu)誤👉後㊙️将閥(fa)🈲門處于全(quan)閉狀态再(zài)進行安裝(zhuang)。

l  法蘭連接(jiē)時兩法蘭(lán)間必須加(jiā)密封墊，然(rán)後均勻鎖(suo)緊💃🏻聯接螺(luo)栓。

l  根據客(kè)戶實際工(gōng)況需要調(diao)整配重塊(kuai)來保證下(xià)料量及🍉下(xia)料頻率。

l   The body must be cleaned before installed and there is no dirt and sundries clinging to the body

l   Check the transmission part before install. Close the valve and install the valve after there is no mistake.

l   Add sealed shim between the two flanges. Lock down the connecting bolt after add sealing washer.

l   Adjust the heavy block according to the working condition of user to ensure the feeding amount and feeding frequency.

運(yun)輸及保管(guǎn)：

Transportation and protection

l  運輸時避(bì)免撞擊調(diao)節器，調節(jiē)器擋闆應(yīng)處于全閉(bì)位置，以🌐防(fang)在運輸中(zhong)擋闆及傳(chuan)動部件損(sun)壞。

l  運輸時(shí)傳動部位(wèi)應作防潮(chao)、防雨處理(lǐ)。

l  調節器應(yīng)存放在幹(gàn)燥的室内(nèi)，不允許露(lù)天存放或(huò)堆置。

l  調節(jie)器長期存(cún)放時應使(shi)設備處于(yú)關閉狀态(tài)，各傳動部(bù)♋位加✍️潤滑(huá)油,作防潮(chao)、防塵處理(lǐ)。

l   Avoid bumping and the baffle is in full close in order to avoid damage of baffle and driving part

l   Treatment of dampproof and vainproof should be done to transmission part when transport.

l   The adjustor should be stored in dry room and can not be stored or piled up in open air.

l   It should be in full close state when long stored. Add lubrication to the transmission part and the device should be dampproof and dustproof.

l  定期檢(jian)查各傳動(dòng)部位的運(yun)行情況。

l  定(dìng)期給各傳(chuan)動部位加(jia)潤滑油。

l  每(mei)次檢修後(hòu)，應重新調(diao)整配重設(shè)施，對檢修(xiu)情況作記(jì)錄。

l   Examine the operation condition of transmission parts regularly.

l   Add lubricant to transmission parts regularly.

l   Adjust heavy device and note the examination result after examining.
