  LZ系(xi)列螺旋閘(zha)門用于建(jiàn)材、冶金、礦(kuang)山、電力、化(huà)工、玻璃、輕(qīng)工、糧食等(děng)行業的庫(ku)頂、庫底及(jí)進出口等(deng)。是控制流(liú)量變化較(jiao)大，啟動頻(pin)繁🤩，切斷迅(xùn)速的理想(xiang)設備。

  This valve is widely used at the  top and bottom of store house and carry port in metallurgical, mining, building material, food, chemical industries etc. It is the ideal equipment to control a great changing flow, to open and close frequently and to stop quickly.

  結構(gòu)簡單、操作(zuò)靈活、重量(liàng)輕、無卡阻(zu)、切斷快，特(tè)别适🥵用于(yú)各類無粘(zhan)度的固體(ti)、粉料及小(xiao)于Φ10mm的顆粒(li)料，晶📐粒料(liào)🌈的輸送及(jí)流量調節(jie)，安裝不受(shòu)角度限制(zhì)， 操作方便(biàn)， 能💰随時調(diào)🧑🏾‍🤝‍🧑🏼節開度。該(gai)閥門有手(shǒu)輪✍️和鍊輪(lún)操縱兩種(zhong)操作形式(shi)，I型為手輪(lun)，II為鍊輪。單(dan)向和雙向(xiang)兩種結構(gòu)形式，LZD為單(dan)向、LZS為雙向(xiàng)。

  This valve is simple in structure, handy to operate, light in weight, non-obstructive and quick to stop. It is suitable to be used to carry all kinds of solid material, particle and crystal particle whose diameter is below 10mm and to adjust the flow. It can be installed at any angle and operated handily. The size of its gate can be regulated at any time. This valve has two type of operation. One is manual wheel operation; the other is chain wheel operation. Ⅰ means manual wheel. Ⅱ means chain wheel. The valve has two type of construction LZD is signal direction and LZS is double direction.

  主要由框(kuàng)架、閘闆、絲(si)杆、螺母等(děng)零件構成(cheng)，用手轉動(dòng)手輪使絲(si)杆帶着絲(si)杆螺母和(hé)閘闆沿水(shui)平方向往(wang)㊙️複運♊動，達(da)👅到閘門的(de)啟閉目的(de)。

  It is mainly made up of frame, gate board, screw pole, nut etc. Rotate the handwheel by hand, then the screw pole drives the nut and gate board move in horizontal to and fro to open or close the valve.

Usage explanation:

l  本(běn)閥可水平(píng)安裝或垂(chuí)直安裝，安(an)裝時兩法(fǎ)蘭連接中(zhong)間必須加(jiā)密封墊片(piàn)，然後鎖緊(jǐn)螺栓。

l  操作(zuo)時手輪順(shùn)時針旋轉(zhuǎn)為閥關，反(fan)之為開，不(bú)得在手輪(lun)上再❗增加(jiā)輔助杠杆(gan)。

l  若長期存(cun)放應使設(shè)備處于關(guān)閉狀态，各(ge)傳動部位(wei)應加潤滑(hua)油，不允許(xu)露天存放(fang)或堆置。

l   It can be installed in horizontal or vertical. Sealing gasket must be put on the connected, then equably tight the bolt.

l   You can not add assistant lever to the hand wheel. Clockwise turn of hand wheel means the closing of valve, otherwise it means opening.

l   The device should be in the shut-down if the valve-board is placed longer. Driving parts should add lubricated oil. Placing in the open air and piling up is not permitted.
