結(jie)構特點：
Structure characteristic
旋轉(zhuǎn)高溫三通閥(fa)采用超強度(dù)熱強鋼、不鏽(xiù)鋼和優🛀質碳(tàn)素鋼焊🔞接。耐(nài)溫700℃，為雙層結(jié)構，夾層襯有(you)阻燃、耐溫保(bao)熱材料，内有(yǒu)耐熱鋼🔆作耐(nai)熱層，耐溫1000℃，内(nei)襯耐火材料(liao)和隔熱層。該(gāi)閥磨擦小、耐(nài)🌈磨性高，且高(gao)溫不變形、不(bu)脫碳。
The valve is welded in high strength heat-resistant steel, stainless steel and fine carbon steel. The structure is dual-layer, which can endure 700℃. The material lined in interlayer has the features of anti-burning, endurable temperature and saving energy. The ovenproof layer is refractory steel that can endure 1000℃. The lining is fire lining and heat insulation layer. The valve is little in attrition, endurable and distortion and decarbonization wouldn’t happen in the condition of high temperature.

旋轉高溫三(sān)通閥由閥體(tǐ)、旋轉翻闆、密(mì)封副、軸和傳(chuan)動👉裝🔞置等🙇🏻部(bù)件構成。由傳(chuán)動裝置帶動(dong)軸和搖臂使(shǐ)旋轉翻闆根(gēn)據工況☔需要(yao)轉換氣流方(fāng)向，達到封閉(bì)通道的密封(fēng)狀态。開啟通(tong)道則通暢無(wú)阻。反之，則轉(zhuan)🥰換氣流方向(xiang)。
XSTS 手動配用蝸(wo)輪傳動裝置(zhi)。用鍊輪遠距(jù)離操作，經蝸(wo)輪副⭕帶動軸(zhou)作旋轉，達到(dào)介質換向的(de)目的。
XSTQ 氣動裝(zhuāng)置配用氣動(dòng)裝置和蝸輪(lun)傳動裝置。手(shǒu)動由鍊輪傳(chuan)動蝸輪副，帶(dai)動閥軸作旋(xuán)轉，氣動由氣(qi)動推🐇杆推動(dòng)搖杆帶動閥(fa)🔞軸作旋轉，達(da)到介質換向(xiang)的目的。手動(dong)、氣動可無幹(gan)擾切換。
XSTQ is equipped with the pneumatic and worm wheel device. The chain wheel drives the worm wheel to rotate the valve axle, which is manual. Draw stem push the rocker to make the axle rotate in order to exchange direction of medium, which is pneumatic. Manual and pneumatic can be exchanged without disturbance.

使(shǐ)用說明
l 連接(jie)方式：進氣口(kou)為法蘭式連(lian)接，兩個出氣(qì)口為對💘焊式(shi)連接。
l 設備在運(yùn)行時，應定期(qī)給傳動部分(fen)加潤滑油和(hé)檢🏃🏻查傳動部(bu)🐕分運行情況(kuang)。
l 若長期存放(fang)，應使翻闆處(chu)于下通道關(guan)閉狀态，給傳(chuan)動部✨分加🐇潤(run)滑油，不要露(lù)天堆置。
l The connection of inlet is flange connection. Two vent holes are dual-welded connection.
l Add lubricant to the transmission part and check its operation condition termly.
l The down-channel should be closed when the valve is long stored. Add lubricant to transmission part and the valve can’t be piled up in the open air.
Transportation and protection
l 運輸(shū)時應避免撞(zhuàng)擊閥門，閥門(men)應處于全閉(bì)位置以🧡防在(zai)運輸中損壞(huai)翻闆。
l 運輸時(shi)傳動裝置應(ying)懸空，防止傳(chuan)動軸受力過(guò)大而變形損(sǔn)壞。
l 傳動裝置(zhi)及傳動部位(wèi)應作防潮、防(fáng)雨處理。
l The transmission parts should be hung up to avoid the damage of transmission axle.
l Treatment of dampproof and rainproof should be done to transmission device and part.
l The valve should be stored in dry room. It should be in full close state when long stored. Add lubrication to the transmission part and the device should be dampproof and dustproof.
